Return and Refund Timeframe
You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Conditions for Accepted Returns
Products must be:Unused
-Unwashed
-In original packaging with all tags attached
-Free from perfume, stains, damage, or visible signs of wear
How to Start a Return Request
To begin the process, contact us via:

-The Email below the contact form
Please provide:
-Full name
-Order number
-Reason for return
-Photos of the product, if applicable
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Kosovo, shipping your goods may take longer
than expected.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
Return Shipping
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
-If the return is due to our mistake (damaged item, incorrect item sent), we cover all shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size or model:
-We will check availability and notify you
-If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure the product is properly packaged when shipping it back. We are not responsible for damages caused during return shipping by the customer.
